Railway labourers stage protest demonstration

QUETTA: The Pakistan Railway’s labour union staged protest demonstration at the Railway Station here on Saturday.
The labourers gathered at platform of the Railway Station under leadership of Afzal Bangulzai Hanif Kashmiri and others and chanted slogans in favour of their demands i.e., 100 percent increase in their wages, revision of their pay scales, lifting of ban on the recruitments, etc.
They were also carrying banners inscribed with the slogans.
Speaking on the occasion, the Railway labour leaders said that the labourers are facing immense problems due to non-implementation of their demands. If their demands were not met, they would intensify their protest further, they warned.
