QUETTA: The Balochistan High Court (BHC) has announced that Munawar Ahmad Shahwani, District and Sessions Judge, who is serving as Special Judge CNS Quetta, has been transferred and posted as the District and Sessions Judge Quetta.
This was announced in an official notification issued here by the High Court.
According to the notification, Murad Ali Baloch, who was serving as the District and Sessions Judge Quetta, has been transferred and posted as the District and Sessions Judge, Jaffarabad at Dera Allah Yar while his predecessor, Allah Dad, the District and Sessions Judge, has been transferred and posted as the Special Judge CNS Quetta.
