Suspensions in subordinate judiciary

QUETTA: Chief Justice Balochistan High Court (BHC), Mr. Justice Muhammad Noor Meskanzai has suspended the Additional District and Sessions Judge Dalbandin, Qazi Awaran, Abdul Sattar and Qazi Gandhawa, Abdul Ghani with immediate effect.
According to an official notification issued here by the Registrar of BHC, they have been placed under suspension on the basic of misconduct.
Moreover, the notification further stated that the Qazi Dera Bugti, Abdul Wahid has been retired (forced) from the service on misconduct and that after completion of the departmental action against him.
