Brother killed, another injured in Quetta firing

QUETTA May 24 (PPI): A brother was killed and another sustained injuries in firing by motorcyclists here Sunday. A complete shutter down was observed after the incident and a dharna was staged at Meezan chowk by burning tyres.
According to details miscreants riding a motorcycle opened fire on two businessmen brothers along Masjid road here today. One Muhammad Fazal died on the spot while other Muhammad Suleman sustained serious injuries.
Police, FC and rescue teams rushed to the site and shifted dead and wounded to hospital. Police cordoned the area and started investigaiton.
Markazi Anjuman Tajiran and relatives of those killed and wounded reached the scene and shut the city. Angry people burnt tyres at Meezan Chowk.
Speaking on the occasion President Anjuman Tajiran Abdul Rahim Kakar and activists of Ahle Sunnat wal Jamaat said that administration was equally responsible for firing on shops along roads in Quetta City during broad daylight. They said we strongly condemn such incidents and demand that those involve dint he incident should be arrested immediately.
