All Pakistan Boxing Tournament postponed

QUETTA: 9th All Pakistan National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) Boxing Tournament, which was scheduled to be held from today (Tuesday), has been postponed.
According to the organizing secretary of the tournament, Liaquat Durrani, the tournament has been postponed due to the prevailing situation of Quetta.
The new schedule of the national level boxing competition would be announced later, he maintained.
Durrani said that all the teams which were invited to take part in the event have been conveyed about the postponement.
Needless to mention here is that the teams of Pakistan Army, Navy, Air Force, Higher Education Commission, Railways, LESCO, WAPDA as well as Islamabad, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhaw, Sindh besides Balochistan Red and Balochistan Green were invited to feature in the event.
