SIBI Oct 15 (PPI): Emergency measures were adopted for providing basic health facilities to the masses. MNCH, HMIS, PPHI,TB Control, Hepatitis Control programmes should be fully functionalized and people should have their fruit.
These views were expressed by Provincial Health Minister Rehmat Saleh Baloch while addressing an important meeting of health Department.
He said to free Balochistan of diseases health department has adopted emergency measures. Health Department was destroyed in the past. Instead of checking diseases owing to faulty strategy Balochistan was made nursery of diseases .Following hard work and help of responsible officers health department has been put on right direction. Health service has been extended door to door in every nook and corner of Balochistan. Hospitals, BHUs, rural health centres and health officials along important highways were serving the messes. He said serving humanity is a major task. Doctors, paramedical staff and NGOs representatives were serving mankind.
