Valley receives intermittent light rain

QUETTA (PPI): Quetta Valley received intermittent light rain Saturday. So far two millimeters of rain have fallen. It started during afternoon and continued till advent of night.
It is long awaited rain in the Valley. Thought it was light and intermittent yet it sent a wave of pleasure among the masses as entire summer season went without rain.
North Westerly Winds commonly known as Kandahari Winds blew across the valley from 14 to 32 knots during the day.
Maximum temperature recorded in the Valley Saturday was 26.5 Celsius and minimum 14 Celsius.
Cloudy to fair weather has been predicted during coming 24 hours.
