Lightning destroys weapons, goods

SIBI Oct 25 (PPI): Costly weapons and other goods were destroyed by lightining at Ali Khan chck Post near Mach Saturday night.
According to details there was rainfall in and around Mach last night. Mach is aobut 50 Kmsouth of Quetta. Durign rain there was lightning on Ali Khan check Post. As aresult costly weapons under use of security forces weredamaged.
G-3 rifles (2), rounds (597), LMG (1), rounds (631), bullet proof jackets (2), helmet (2), walkie talkie sets alogn with battery (2), 50 watt solar system alogn with batteries and other goods were shifted to Wing Command Office.
Security forces personnel however escaped in the lightning.
