Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has sent three accused to jail on eleven-day long judicial remand in a famous case of shot injuring Daska Additional District & Session Judge.
The senior officials of police joint investigation team led by inspector Qasim produced three hand cuffed accused Iftikhar, Imran Haider and Waqas before the Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) in Gujranwala amid tight security. The ATC Judge Ch. Imtiaz Ahmed granted eleven-day judicial remand of the accused and sent them to jail.
On December 14, 2105, the accused had shot injured Daska based Additional District & Session Judge (ADSJ) Shehbaz Iqbal Tarar during a murder attack by firing on his official car near BRB Daska Canal Bridge in Daska city while going to his residence after his office work there…
