QUETTA Apr 12 (PPI): China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project would help end stagnant economy of the world. Not only would our reign fully benefit from Gwadar-Kashgar project but it would also make historic headway to coordinate the world form one end to the other.
This was stated by Balochistan governor Muhammad Khan Achakzai while speaking with participations of National Institute Management Course here Tuesday.
NIM delegation headed by Ahmed Ellahi called nom him at Governor House here.
Welcoming NIM Lahore delegation Governor apprised it of development process in the province particularly building national highways and present government measures for improving law and order.
He said massive participation of society for economic development and prosperity is very much necessary. As many as people would play active and effective role for national and social development and social there will be bright chances of our economic self sufficiency and social betterment.
He said law and order occupies key importance for progress and prosperity of any society. Owing to untiring efforts of provincial government situation has improved to a great extent but still there is lot to do more.
Referring to economic changes taking place in the region Governor said it would benefit maximum to Balochistan and besides availability of massive opportunities of employment for the people economic and commercial activities would also increase.
Answering a question Governor said China is neighbouring country of Pakistan having deep friendship with it. With further cementing these relations it would not only be guarantee of peace and development of two countries but also of entire region. He said population of Pakistan is consisted of youth and by keeping them busy in positive and constructive activities their hidden abilities and energy can be used for progress and prosperity of nation and country. He said Balochistan population is scattered and area is vast. Its population is even smaller than several districts of other provinces and thus provision of basic facilities is difficult work.
