Valley receives thunder rain

QUETT A July 24 (PPI): Quetta Valley received thunder rain Sunday afternoon. Rains made weather pleasant.
Met office had been predicting thunder rains for last two days but despite lapse of 48 hours, rain fell today. Three millimeters of rain were recorded. But in the city area rain were much more.
Strong winds from east blew at a velocity from 12 to 40 knots during the day.
Maximum temperature recorded here today was 35.5 Celsius and minimum 23 Celsius.
Met office has forecast dust/thunderstorm/rain along with gusty winds at one or two places of Sherani, Zhob, Musakhel, Qilla Saifullah, Loralai, Barkhan, Pishin, Quetta, Qilla Abdullah, Mastung, Noshki, Sibi, Ziarat, Harnai, Kohlu, Dear Bugti, Bolan, Kalat, Khuzdar, Kharan, Panjgur, Turbat, Awaran, Lasbella and Gwadar districts during coming 24 hours.
