Unannounced load shedding: LHC summons CEOs of LESCO, FESCO , IESCO

LAHORE, Sep 27 (Online): Lahore High Court (LHC) has adjourned the hearing of petition filed to stop unannounced load shedding till October 24.
During hearing court asked what measures are being taken to bring reduction in load shedding and to save electricity.
On this public prosecutor said to court that, Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESC) is saving 34 mega watts of power under different measures, while 6 hours load shedding is being done in all across the country.
However, court has summoned Chief Executives of LESCO, FESCO and IESCO to know the detailed situation.
While hearing of the case has been adjourned till Oct 24.
