QUETTA, Oct 14 (APP): The Met Office has forecast a dry and cold weather for the provincial capital during next 24 hours. On Friday, the highest maximum temperature 24 centigrade and the lowest minimum 11 centigrade were recorded in the metropolis. The dry weather has been forecast for other parts of the region.APP
