PPP fighting war to save democracy, national security: Umrani

TAMBOO Oct 15 (PPI): Pakistan People’s Party was struggling for country’s stability, national security and saving democracy. It is fighting war with exploitative, imperialistic and dictatorial forces who have always attacked democracy and imposed brutalities on people causing colossal losses to the country.
This was stated by Former President PPP Balochistan Muhammad Sadiq Umrani while addressing party workers at Umrani House Dera Murad Jamali Saturday. He said historic rally to pay homage to martyrs of Karsaz is milestone in country’s politics. Hundreds of thousand of people form all over Pakistan would pay homage to Karsaz martyrs.
Umrani said PPP has always worked for progress and prosperity of nation and country, strengthening democracy, freedom of Media and supremacy of parliament. Party has provided dignified employment to unemployed youth, ending poverty and illiteracy from the country, popularizing education.
He said our leadership and workers have sacrificed their lives for democracy, rights of poor and suppressed people but did not compromise with imperialistic, exploitative and dictatorial forces. Party would continue democracy journey under the responsibility of Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
