QUETTA, Oct 16 (APP): The Met Office has forecast a dry and cold weather for the provincial capital during next 24 hours. On Sunday, the highest maximum temperature 22 centigrade and the lowest minimum 09 centigrade were recorded in the metropolis. The dry weather has been forecast for rest of the region. APP
