Students organize gala at NUST

ISLAMABAD, Sep 27 (APP): A gala of activities was organized by
the prodigiously student-managed NUST Science Society (NSS), under
the banner of `NSS Welcome 2013-14.'
The gala started with an inaugural address by Qassam
Sarmad, President NSS, in which he briefly discussed the basic
functioning of the society and its hierarchy.
It was followed by a SCI-venger hunt, in which participants
scoured the campus in solving riddles and searching for clues,
related to science ultimately leading to the final destination,
where the winners were awarded cash prizes.
Later in the evening, the participants and organizers enjoyed
refreshments with a movie screening of "Monsters University."
This event was intended to acquaint the student body with the
aims of NSS and therefore boost the society's on-going registration
