Administration of justice impossible without harmony among stakeholders: CJP

ISLAMABAD, Sept 14 (APP): Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry has said that smooth administration of justice was
not possible without harmony among all the stakeholders.
He was addressing the participants of the trainers programme at Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Judicial Academy, Peshawar, said a press release issued here.
The CJP said, "The modern training techniques will improve the quality of judgments by promoting the culture of research in our judiciary."
He expressed the confidence that after the training, the trainers would be able to provide significant pedagogical support to the faculty members
of the KP Judicial Academy.
The CJP said, "The role of National Judicial Policy to strengthen
our judicial system has remained very significant." No system could give
the desired results without proper training, he added.
The hoped that the training programme would be able to achieve its aims and objectives.
