EPZA investors draw attention during Expo 2013

KARACHI, Sep 30 (Online): Expo Pakistan 2013 organized by Trade Development Authority TDAP which generally attracted visitors on different stalls proved extremely beneficial for Export Processing Zones Authority EPZA which made its presence feel by participating with its 12 investors from different sectors.
EPZA stalls which significantly attracted foreign and local visitors included Solar Panels, LEDs, Aviation Parts and Toys manufacturers. Large number of potential investors visited these stalls and showed special interest in the products being offered by these companies. In addition to this Denim exporters also received many queries from international buyers.
During the entire period of EXPO 2013, EPZA investors made extra ordinary efforts to attract the visitors and all the queries were answered comprehensively. EPZA Units which participated in this event included Tuwairqi Steel, Evon & Myer, YKK, International Fragrance Corporation, Casual Sportswear, Ziqi Toys Enterprises, R&D Precision Exports (Pvt.) Ltd., Denim Clothing Company (Pvt.) Ltd., A.Q. & Company International, Shaan Technologies, Multi Food Industries and Shahzad Apparel. The range of products which was on display in EPZA pavilion included Aviation parts, Garments, Toys, Perfumes, Denim, LED Products, Food Items and Male & Female Clothing. This range of products on display gave a fair idea to the visitors about the goods being produced in EPZA and its potential to contribute more in international business.
