ATC again orders production of Pervez Musharraf

QUETTA Sep 30 (PPI): Anti Terrorism Court one again ordered production of former President Pervez Musharraf in the country in Nawab Bugti murder case here Monday.
Court expressed anger for not producing Pervez Musharraf and ordered to present him in the court at next hearing at every cost. Former Interior minister Aftab Sherpao appeared before the court.
Crimes Branch investigation team presented its report in the court. It expressed dissatisfaction. Further hearing was adjourned till Oct 22.
Sohail Rajput Advocate Lawyer of Jamil Bugti son of Nawab Akbar Bugti told newsmen that instead of producing Pervez Musharraf in the court dilly dallying tactics were being adopted. An application seeking exemption has again been field on behalf of Pervez Musharraf. He aid it is criminal case and accused must be produced in the court. He aid FIR in Nawab Bugti murder case has been registered in 2009 but no headway has been made yet. He aid attitude of government in office is also disappointing.
Aftab Sherpao told Reporters after hearing of the case that he has been appearing in the court earlier and would do so ahead. He said he was in Quetta for three days. He aid heavy losses have occurred in Balochistan following recent earthquake. He said there are several areas where no relief has reached. He said federal and provincial government should ensure assistance and relief to the affectees.
