Inflation comes down to 7.4% in September

ISLAMABAD, Oct 01 (Online): The Spokesman of the Ministry of Finance disclosed that the Federal Bureau of Statistics had calculated the inflation rate for the month of September, 2013 as at 7.4% as compared to 8.8% during the corresponding period last year.
The inflation rate for the month of July, 2013 was 8.3% August, 2013 was 8.5% September, 2013 was 7.4% thus the average inflation in the first quarter of this year was 8.1% whereas in the corresponding period last year it was 9.1%.
