Finance Minister discusses economic issues with PM

ISLAMABAD Oct 3 (Online): Finance Minister Ishaq Dar called on Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in Islamabad on Thursday.
According to media reports, they discussed economic matters‚ energy situation and effects of recent hike in the power tariff.
The Finance Minister informed the Prime Minister that the government was providing one hundred sixty-seven billion rupees subsidy to domestic power consumers.
